When your candle/s arrives, please make sure that it/they are not broken, due to shipping and handling. If your candle/s are damaged, please take a photo of the damaged candle/s, and send it to us through the "contact us" page. We will replace your candle at no charge to you.
We do not accept returns because the scent is not appealing to you. We will work with you in any way that we can to make you happy though.
Variations in candle temperature during shipping can cause slight seperation from the glass jar. This is not a problem that will effect the burn of the candle candle at all, so we will not accept returns for this.
Variations in candle temperature during shiping can also cause mild blooming or frosting. This also is not a problem that will effect the candles burning properties, so no returns will be issued for this.
